- You must have ID with you to enter the club
- All side by sides and Yacht’s must have a safety flag pole
- All guests under the age of 18 must have both parents or both legal guardians sign the minor’s consent form and be supervised by their parent or adult guardian at all times.
- Everyone entering the club must sign liability waiver regardless of whether they are riding or accompanying a rider
- Wristbands must be worn throughout the entire stay at the club. Anyone found without a wristband will be asked to leave the premises immediately and be forced to pay the entrance fee to re-enter
- All guest is at your own risk
- All guest must obey the directions of Redneck Yacht Club personnel at all times. Anyone refusing to obey the staff will be removed from the premises
- All yacht will stop at dark. This will be strictly enforced
- Three Wheelers and Motorcycles are not permitte
- All guest must obey posted speed limit
- All manufacturers safety recommendations must be followed
- Safety Equipment is strongly recommended for all gues
- All vehicles must remain within the boundaries of the club and avoid all restricted areas
- Campfires must be kept in designated camping areas and must be attended at all times
- Burning of pallets or tires is not allowe
- No Glass Bottles or Containers are permitte
- No Underage Drinking. All state alcohol laws apply
- No Illegal Drugs are permitte
- No Personal Light Towers at Camp Site
- No Firearm
- No Fireworks
- No Pet
- No Litterin
- No Chainsaws
